FaithFull Weight Loss is a consumer-facing brand operated by Oomph Fitness Inc. (“FaithFull,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of faithfullweightloss.com , our coaching programs, assessments, challenges, courses, events, communications, memberships, digital resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.

FaithFull Weight Loss is a Christian weight loss coaching and education brand. Depending on the program or Service selected, FaithFull may provide:

• Christian encouragement and faith-centered content
• Weight loss and nutrition education
• Coaching and accountability
• Habit-building guidance
• Assessments, courses, challenges, and educational resources
• Group or community support
• Program and consultation communications

The Services are intended for educational, informational, motivational, and coaching purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use or purchase our Services.

By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Participation in the Services is voluntary. You are responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for you and for the decisions and actions you take based on information provided through the Services.

You agree to communicate relevant limitations or concerns to your healthcare provider and to stop any activity that causes pain, distress, illness, or other adverse symptoms.

You understand that weight loss, wellness, and lifestyle changes involve individual circumstances and may carry risks.

Individual results vary. FaithFull does not promise or guarantee any specific:

• Weight loss
• Health or wellness outcome
• Financial or personal result
• Timeframe for achieving a result
• Level of program participation or completion

Results depend on many factors, including personal effort, consistency, circumstances, health, adherence, and individual differences.

Testimonials and participant experiences describe individual results and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

Certain Services may require you to create an account or provide registration information.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your information reasonably current
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or use

We may suspend or terminate an account that contains inaccurate information, is used without authorization, or violates these Terms.

Where the Services include group interaction or community participation, you agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from conduct that harms FaithFull or other participants.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or discriminate against others
• Post unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material
• Promote unsafe weight loss practices or provide unqualified medical advice
• Spam, advertise, or solicit participants without authorization
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Disclose another person’s confidential or personal information
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or access the Services without authorization
• Record private coaching sessions or group calls without authorization

We may remove content, restrict participation, or suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe conduct violates these Terms or harms the safety or integrity of the Services.

You retain ownership of original content you submit through the Services, including comments, posts, photos, testimonials, and other materials (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Oomph Fitness Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, and improve the Services.

We will request additional permission before using personally identifiable testimonials, success stories, photos, or similar content in public advertising or promotional materials where required.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that its use as described in these Terms will not violate another person’s rights.

Certain Services require payment. Prices, payment schedules, program inclusions, and applicable billing terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a Service, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amounts disclosed at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method current.

Recurring subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a refund for amounts already paid or unused portions of a current billing period, except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written offer.

Offer-specific cancellation or refund terms presented at checkout or in a separate written agreement will apply to that purchase.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary by program, product, or Service. The applicable policy will be presented at checkout, in the offer terms, or in a separate written agreement.

Unless a different policy is expressly provided in writing and subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law:

• You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewals
• Cancellation does not retroactively reverse processed charges
• No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods
• Digital products are non-refundable after access is provided, except where required by law

The Services and their original content are owned by Oomph Fitness Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes:

• FaithFull names, logos, branding, and designs
• Assessments, frameworks, and coaching methods

• Videos, audio recordings, graphics, and photographs
• Workbooks, downloads, templates, and written content
• Website content and digital resources

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access purchased or authorized materials for your own non-commercial use.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display our materials
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit our materials
• Share paid materials or account access with another person
• Create derivative programs substantially based on our materials
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, websites, payment processors, scheduling tools, community platforms, or other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not guarantee that every feature, program, coach, group area, or resource will remain available indefinitely.

We may perform maintenance, implement security measures, or restrict access when reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant or guarantee that:

• The Services will meet every individual need or expectation
• Any particular weight loss, wellness, or personal result will occur
• Access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• All information will be complete, current, or free from error
• Every technical issue will be corrected immediately

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oomph Fitness Inc., FaithFull, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Oomph Fitness Inc. for the applicable Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oomph Fitness Inc., FaithFull, and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services
• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• User Content you submit

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You materially violate these Terms
• Your conduct harms or threatens another participant
• You misuse the Services or our intellectual property
• A required payment remains unpaid
• Continued access creates a legal, security, or operational risk
• We discontinue the applicable Service

Upon termination, your right to access the affected Services and licensed materials ends. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable consumer-protection law permits or requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought before the courts located in Ontario, Canada. You and Oomph Fitness Inc. consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, practices, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a business transaction or as otherwise permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable written purchase or program terms, constitute the agreement between you and Oomph Fitness Inc. concerning the Services.
